Laser-compatible, user friendly ID cards
Designed to be laser compatible and easy to use, Relyco’s ID cards are available in a range of materials. Simply choose the type of ID card that meets the quality, durability and cost requirements of your unique project.
LaserWell and WindowWell
LaserWell and WindowWell laser-compatible inlaid plastic ID and membership cards are made of 7-mil plastic affixed to a paper carrier sheet with a “debossed well” in which the card sits. Extremely durable, LaserWell and WindowWell ID and membership cards are heat, tear and water resistant, as well as toner and ball-point pen receptive.
- With LaserWell cards, up to six 2 1/8" x 3 3/8" cards can be affixed to a standard 8 ½” x 11” sheet; up to two cards can be affixed per sheet with WindowWell.
- Carrier sheets are 11” or 14”, 70# white paper; a continuous sheet format is also available.
- LaserWell cards are designed for simplex laser printing only; WindowWell cards are duplex laser printing capable due to the "window" cut into the back of the carrier.
- LaserWell Original Plus and WindowWell Plus are also available for high-speed laser/digital printing.
Die-cut Laser Membership Cards
Unlike Relyco’s In-Laid Plastic Cards, which are affixed to a carrier sheet, Die-cut Laser Membership Cards are created by perforating or die-cutting the carrier sheet. A user simply punches out the card. Die Cut Laser Membership Cards can be either paper or plastic, depending on the specific application and budget of your project.
- Designed for simplex laser printing only, Perf Card laser membership cards are 2 1/8" x 3 3/8", printed one or two cards per sheet.
- Perf Cards are available in 60# cover with or without back laminate, 8 pt high gloss with or without back laminate, or 90# index without laminate.
- Perf Card carrier sheets are 11" and are available in 60# cover with or without back laminate or 8 pt high gloss with or without back laminate.
- Seven-mil RealCard laser membership cards print up to eight 2 1/8" x 3 3/8" cards per sheet. Carrier sheets are 11”, 30# white. RealCard is duplex laser printing compatible.
- Available in 7.5 or 10 mil, BestCard Laser Membership Cards print up to two 2 3/8" x 3 5/8" cards per sheet. Cards are set in a poly window. Carrier sheets are 11”, 6 or 8 pt, laser opaque continuous format.
- BestCard is duplex laser printing compatible.
- REVLAR™ waterproof laser membership cards print six 2 1/8" x 3 3/8" cards per sheet. Card weight is 7.7 mil. Carrier sheets are 11” 7.7 mil. REVLAR waterproof cards are duplex laser printing compatible.
Integrated Peel or Dry Release Laser Membership Cards
With Integrated Peel or Dry Release Laser Membership Cards , the carrier sheet includes a plastic “patch,” which is positioned at the back of the card, enabling the card to peel away from the carrier. Since the back of the card is laminated, removal is easy, and lamination gives the card added durability.
- Designed for simplex laser printing, Integrated Peel or Dry Release Laser Membership Cards can print up to two 2 1/8" x 3 3/8" cards per sheet. Both the card and the 11” carrier sheet are available in 60# cover with back laminate, 8 pt high gloss with back laminate, or 70# Cougar front and back laminate.
