Relyco today introduced two new labeling products, a new integrated key fob with ID card, and stock sheet sizes to its comprehensive line of REVLAR waterproof paper and labels for laser printers and digital presses. The new REVLAR label products include BS 5609-Compliant marine and laboratory labels, the industry’s most durable labeling product, and repositionable “instant signage” microsphere labels that adhere without leaving a residue on any type of surface. Relyco also introduced a new integrated key fob with ID card pre-perforated sheet that is great for memberships and loyalty programs. In addition to 8.5” x 11”, 11” x 17”, 12” x 18” sheets, Relyco also now offers 13” x 19” and Xerox iGen compatible (14.33” x 22.5”) sheet sizes of stock REVLAR waterproof paper.

Relyco REVLAR Marine and Laboratory Labels

Ideally suited for use anytime printed materials will be subject to frequent handling or extreme environmental conditions, REVLAR synthetic paper and labels are waterproof, tear-resistant and durable, as well as impervious to grease and chemicals, and designed to withstand high and low temperature fluctuations. REVLAR comes in sheets, rolls or label formats. Laser and digital compatible with most common printers and presses, REVLAR is used for thousands of applications, including signage, maps, manuals, menus, and much more.

REVLAR Marine and Laboratory Labels
Relyco’s REVLAR marine and laboratory labelsare Marine and Laboratory Grade BS 5609:1986 Section 2 and 3-Compliant and are the industry’s most durable labeling products available. Designed to withstand wash-downs as well as total seawater emersion, applications include chemical drum labels, drums and containers used to transport petroleum, paint and liquid or powder chemicals, lab and healthcare labels, and warehouse and distribution labels. These labels are 2mil in thickness on 8.5” x 11 and 12” x 18 sheets and can be peeled from the liner with a gloved hand.

REVLAR Integrated ID Card with 2 Key Fobs
Relyco’s new pre-perforated ID Card with 2 key fobs sheets are great for membership and loyalty program applications. Ready-to-run on a laser printer or digital press, the durable, waterproof REVLAR ID card with key fobs comes on a pre-perfed 3-Up 7.7mil or 10.7mil sheet. This REVLAR product is perfect for variable data printing or one off needs and can be duplex printed.
