Sales Development Representative

We are currently hiring for the position of Sales Development Representative to help grow and expand our business. As a Relyco Sales Development Representative, you will play an important role in enabling the inside sales team to exceed their goals and objectives. In this role, you will prospect via cold calling/email and generate sales leads and appointments for the inside sales team. Additionally, the Sales Development Representative will be tasked with further qualifying opportunities generated from internal marketing initiatives and web leads.

The Sales Development Representative will be positioning printing and payment solutions to various types of contacts within an organization, from a small business owner, Purchasing Managers, AP contacts, and C-level Executives. While having experience in the print industry is a plus, it is not mandatory. The ability to learn quickly and have a good technical aptitude is critical.

We are looking for someone with a competitive spirit, who is a self-starter with a positive attitude and has a desire to succeed. This role is a stepping-stone to our inside sales team with excellent earning potential and opportunities for advancement. The intent for any Sales Development Representative who continuously exceeds their goals and objectives is for them to be transitioned to the inside sales team.

Essential Job Functions & Qualifications:

  • Ability to generate and qualify sales leads through outbound calling/email
  • Ability to identify decision makers and customer’s needs while positioning features, benefits and value
  • Ability to overcome objections
  • Ability to learn print applications and print industry – good technical aptitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and the Internet
  • Working experience with Salesforce.com CRM software is helpful but not essential


  • Proactively prospect for sales leads with the intent to generate net-new business opportunities for the inside sales team
  • Further qualify inbound inquiries
  • Over 80 outbound calls a day
  • Capture lead details and marketing intelligence for internal purposes

Account Manager

We are looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our existing customers. The Account Manager is responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, retain existing business and identify other opportunities for the sales team within those assigned accounts.

What does an Account Manager do?

Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, ensuring customer retention, answering client queries and resolving any customer issues or concerns. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Sales, Customer Service and Operations Departments) to improve the entire customer experience.

If you are familiar with account management software (CRM), have a flair for client communication and understand consumer behavior, we’d like to meet you. Ideally, candidates for this role will know how to meet ambitious individual and team-wide sales quotas.

Ultimately, a successful Account Manager should collaborate with our sales team to achieve quotas, while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services for the long-term.


  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Work to achieve retention KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs and objectives
  • Clearly communicate the progress of projects and custom orders
  • Identify new business opportunities with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed


  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders
  • Solid experience with CRM software
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
