Growth Marketing Specialist

As we expand our marketing department, we are seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist with a robust background in digital marketing and a strong interest in AI applications. In this role, you will leverage advanced marketing technology to enhance and execute campaigns across multiple channels. You will contribute to various facets of our marketing operations, supporting our commitment to outstanding service and impactful results.

Responsibilities:
  •  Develop and execute comprehensive email and paid social campaigns, and as well as coordinate with PPC campaigns.
  •  Analyze marketing data to report on campaign performance and strategic direction.
  • Craft compelling content for our website and various marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain detailed records of meetings, outlining actionable items and next steps.
  • Provide analytical support to the sales team, enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Employ AI tools to optimize marketing campaigns and innovate new strategic approaches.
  • Contribute to team discussions, offering insights and ideas to drive growth and operational improvement.

Requirements:
  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with 2+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Demonstrable strategic and analytical skills.
  • Experience with AI in a marketing context and familiarity with business analytics tools.
  • Highly adaptable, with a strong desire to learn and expand skill sets.
  • Innovative, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Excellent teamwork skills, with a penchant for fostering a collaborative and enjoyable work atmosphere.
