At RELYCO, the Sales Representative of Digital Marketing/eCommerce plays a critical role in driving online sales and enhancing our digital presence. You will work in a collaborative environment, regularly working with our sales, marketing and operations departments to help maximize online revenue and improve the overall shopping experience for our customers.ResponsibilitiesServe as the lead point of contact for all customer eCommerce matters.Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.Drive customer acquisition and retention by managing promotions, discounts and pricing strategies across platforms.Collaborate with marketing teams to create and execute online campaigns, including email marketing, social media promotions and paid advertising to drive traffic and sales.Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.Identify new business opportunities with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.Requirements1-3 years experience in eCommerce sales or a similar role.Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and digital marketing strategies (experience with Shopify Plus preferred, but not required).Solid experience with CRM software (Salesforce preferred, but not required).Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.Knowledge of the print or specialty media industry is highly desired.Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or relevant field.
