FlexChek / PrintChef software support entitles you to:

  1. Free downloads of all the latest software
  2. Free modifications to any existing recipe
  3. Re-registration of the software as a result of a reinstallation
  4. Free technical support via phone or email

Description

When you purchase, your FlexChek / PrintChef software support is effective for one year from the renewal date listed in your email.

Registrations or re-registrations of workstations are authorized only if the license count has not been exceeded.

If you allow your support to lapse for a period of six months or more, a reinstatement fee will be added.

Without a support contract in place, your need for assistance may incur additional fees.
